If you are a low income resident of Grant, Adams, or Lincoln County in Washington state and you need assistance with a civil or domestic legal issue, we would like to help!  To see if you qualify for our program, please call the CLEAR line at 1-888-201-1014 from Monday thru Friday from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m, and also on Tuesdays from 3:15 p.m. until 6 p.m.
